Course description
This course consists of 8 hours of training. It is designed to provide update training required by Oklahoma HB1460 DHS Program Certification Standards and for direct care staff in residential care facilities or licensed group homes who have the responsibility of administrating medication to residents. Prior Certification as a Medication Administration Technician is required for this update course. Must present certificate if training was received at a facility other than Pontotoc Technology Center. Certificate is valid for one year. The listed price reflects the in-district course cost. Students not living in a career tech district must pay twice the tuition fee for this course. Out-of-district cities include (but are not limited to): Mill Creek, Ravia, Coleman, Milburn, Tishomingo, Kingston, Madill, and Turner.
