Course description
**Enrollment DEADLINE: 12/13/24** Front Line Leadership is a highly interactive and enaging 10-module program that provides new and current supervisors and managers with a toolkit of practical communication and employee development tools that reduce conflict, improve employee performance, and enhance team effectiveness. Leaders learn to deliver clear direction, coach employees, and provide effective feedback. The ultimate goal of the training is to enable leaders to create work environments that foster employee engagement, improve performance, and increase employee satisfaction. Training will be 4-hours, 2x a month. Program is led by PTC's certified Front Line Leadership Instructor, Joe Allen. Module Lessons include: Role of the Leader -- Managing Different Personalities -- Motivating and Engaging Employees -- Teamwork and Collaboration -- Communication Effectiveness -- Managing Performance 1 -- Managing Performance 2 -- Coaching for Commitment -- Managing Conflict -- Managing Change.
