Course description
See Prerequisites. Must have permit to take this course. This Behind the Wheel (BTW) course will teach basic skills, safety and mastery of basic maneuvers to prepare to become a licensed Oklahoma School Bus Driver. You must show a proficiency in all of these skills to complete BTW and prepare for the Service Oklahoma skills tests. Minimum of 2 Students -- Maximum of 4 Students. The listed price reflects the in-district course cost. **Partner Schools receive a discount.** Students not living in a career tech district must pay twice the fee listed for this course. Out-of-district cities include (but are not limited to): Mill Creek, Ravia, Coleman, Milburn, Tishomingo, Kingston, Madill, and Turner.
Prerequisites for this Course
Prospective School Bus Drivers must obtain Class B CL Permit with the proper P and S endorsements prior to the BTW training class start date. Completion of Entry Level Driver Training (ELDT) Theory Course (Preferred).
