Course description
Focus is on building sign vocabulary, finger spelling, grammar and facial expressions, use of personal space, and the development of sensitivity and awareness of the Deaf Community in America. This class is designed for persons interested in American Sign Language and who want to learn more about deaf culture. Workbook included. The last class session will meet at a local restaurant for a silent meal. Class makes with 4 students.
