Health - Blended CPR Heartsaver, AED, First Aid-OLT

Course description

This American Heart Association Heartsaver First-Aid CPR AED Course is a blended class in which the classroom part is completed online by the student, and the in-person skills check is completed after. This offers the flexibility of completing the training on the student’s schedule. This course is intended for School Staff, Daycare Providers, Business and Industry and other safety professionals. This course meets OSHA requirements and topics include CPR for adults, children, and infants, use of AED, injury emergencies, environmental emergencies, and controlling bleeding and bandaging. You will receive an email from the American Heart Association with instructions to complete the online portion of the course, after you register. After you complete the online course, please call (580) 310-2226 or email at mtuley@pontotoctech.edu to schedule your in-person skills check. The AHA Heartsaver First-Aid CPR AED certification is valid for 2 years, and students receive their completion card via email.
