Course description

This American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider Course is for healthcare professionals who work in clinics, hospitals and emergency services. Course topics include CPR for Adult, Child and Infant, use of an AED, airway barrier devices to include the bag mask and relief of choking victims. This course meets the prerequisites for healthcare provider training and is required to maintain state and national healthcare licenses and certifications. The BLS for Healthcare Provider certification is valid for 2 years, and students receive an electronic completion card through email. 6 hours.
