Course description
This course will provide the instructor with knowledge of not only operator skills needed, but also a deeper understanding of how a radar works – that is – why a radar does what it does. Definitions of combining, shadowing,splitting speeds, harmonic suppression, same direction operation, faster/fastest mode and the differences between various products, so the instructor can better answer student questions. This class will be taught by Stephen Barlag of the Oklahoma City Police Department, courtesy of the Choctaw Nation Lighthorse Police.
