Course description
This class introduces a tactic Vent, Enter, Isolate, Search (VEIS). There will be 4 hours ofclassroom training and 4 hours of hands-on Training. The class will discuss reading buildings andconditions that may provide an opportunity for rescue. All participants will have to be compliant withNFPA 1500 chapters 7.16.2 and 7.16.3. Nothing shall pass through the face piece such as facialhair. This class is physically demanding, and instructors will take vitals of all students prior to theHOT portion of this class.
