Course description
This program is offered in a FLEX format, which means you are able to work at your own pace! Students are allowed 30 classroom days to complete the 96-hour program once their enrollment is complete. Your course tuition covers your books and fees for the class, as well as one attempt at the state written and skills exam upon completion. This program is comprised of 80 classroom hours, and 16 clinicals hours. Solid navy blue scrubs and closed-toe shoes are required for class and clinicals. Students must also obtain CPR certification before being eligible to attend clinicals - the cost for CPR certification is $80 and is NOT included in your course tuition. To enroll in this program, you must pick up an application from the Poteau campus! Students will need to bring a valid driver's license or state ID and their social security card when they submit their enrollment documents. Students must also have a current (within one year or less) TB Skin Test with a negative result. You must be 16 years old to enroll in this program.
