Anatomy and Physiology is the study of the structural complexities of the human body and its intricate functional mechanisms. In this course, students will learn and demonstrate a basic understanding of the following body systems: Organization of the Body; Chemical Basis for Life; Cells, Tissues, and Membranes; Integumentary System; Skeletal System; Muscular System; Nervous System; Endocrine System; Blood; Cardiovascular System; Lymphatic and Immune Systems; Respiratory System; Digestive System; Urinary System; and the Reproductive System. This course meets the pre-requisite requirement for the Practical Nursing (LPN) program at Mid-Del Tech Center. **** Must pick up book in Adult Career Development.
