CONVERSATIONAL SIGN LANGUAGE
Course description
This is an introductory course to achieve basic sign communication skills. Deaf culture and challenges will be explored. There will be a basic overview of the skills needed to communicate with the deaf and learn signs, phrases, and word combinations. Communication for typical topics such as emergencies, dining out, travel, and directions are to be expected.
