Join us for a FREE Gardening 101 Class at the McAlester Public Library on May 6th from 4:30 PM to 6:00 PM. In partnership with OSU Extension, we’ll dive into essential gardening topics, including: Choosing Your Garden Site – Find the perfect spot for your plants to thrive. Vegetable Varieties – Learn which veggies grow best in our area and when to plant them. Weed and Pest Control – Tips on keeping your garden healthy and free from unwanted guests! Irrigation – Discover efficient watering methods to keep your garden flourishing all season long.This class is completely FREE and open to all skill levels! Whether you’re looking to start your first garden or improve your green thumb, you won’t want to miss this! Come with questions, and leave with the knowledge you need to grow a thriving garden!
