Basic Hydraulics
Course description
This two-week morning course runs November 9 through 20, 2026, Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 12 PM, with seating capped at eight students at $500 per seat. Presented using Amatrol curriculum and trainers, topics include the five core components of a hydraulic system, schematic reading, and the safe operation of hydraulic power units. Hands-on work covers cylinder operation, directional control valves, flow control, and pressure regulation, with Pascal's Law introduced and applied throughout. Designed for technicians, operators, and maintenance staff who work with hydraulic systems in manufacturing, construction, or industrial settings.
