Course description

This two-week evening course runs August 17 through 28, 2026, Monday through Friday from 5 to 9 PM, with seating capped at eight students at $500 per seat. Presented using Amatrol curriculum and trainers, topics range from basic circuit components and power supplies through series and parallel circuits, Ohm's Law, inductance, capacitance, and transformers. Hands-on work gives students the opportunity to build, measure, and troubleshoot real circuits, with digital multimeter use, schematic reading, and circuit protection covered throughout. Designed for technicians, maintenance staff, and anyone interested in building a working knowledge of industrial electrical systems.
