Course description
*** CALL 405-273-7493 ext 4002 FOR MORE INFORMATION *** This class meets the 48-hour requirement of GCTC's Practical Nursing Program and the Medical Office Assistant Certificate. This course introduces prefixes, suffixes, and word roots used in the language of medicine. The maximum of time for this course cannot exceed 16 weeks but can be completed in as few as 8 weeks. Students are required to complete two chapters each week. Mandatory orientation is held on Monday(s) at 10:00 AM. Our Flex Track classes are very unique. You work at your own pace, coming in when it is convenient for you, and you have the option to complete the classes much quicker than you could in a traditional classroom setting.
Prerequisites for this Course
