*** CALL 405-273-7493 ext 4002 TO SET UP AN INTERVIEW *** All candidates must apply for acceptance into the program. Prospective candidates will be required to pay all associated drug screen and background check fees directly to Castle Branch during the application process. This application fee covers the creation of ONE student account. For each additional account, a separate charge will be incurred. Enrollment in the educational program will be withheld until all associated fees are settled. This fee is separate from all other course and enrollment fees and is nonrefundable. The application process may take 1-4 weeks to complete and includes a background check, and drug screening. Candidates will be required to provide valid government issued photo ID to enroll. Application invitation is only valid for 28 days. Once approved, your approval is only valid for 6 months.
